Support AIC/team training for the IPC compenent.
Support UCCO in challenge mapping at field area level as and when required.
Reach out the local influencers mosque imams,teachers,healers,doctors and etc to actively engaged them all in polio campaign awearness activities.
Identify refusal families and verify them by the type and include this information in the social mobilization plan area wise mapping and planning for refusals.

Monitior and supervise the field work of an average of 5 community Health workers
Coordinate with all community health workers on gathering,comiling HH Vaccination data on weekly&monthly basis. 
Weekly monitoring and supervision plan to include a full day with each supervise and weekly report to UCO and Dhcso.formats
Submit the compiled HH vaccination coverage and missed children data to UCO and DHCSO for onward submission to the data support center on a daily basis during campign (5th day)and weekly post campigan.
Brief and share the HH level missed children data with UCMO for inclusion in the micro plans for the next campigan.
Provide on job trainings on IPC,data collection/compilation on agree formats /tools 
Cross verify data (30% of CHW logbooks every month)
Brief MO on the RI status of the HR population groups
Any other on PEI /EPI activities.

Obtained deposited slip and verifying transaction information; computing charges verifying cheque.
Keep records receipts and payments on daily Basics.   
Accounting reports. . 
Preparing commission base salaries of the staff on monthly basis.
